Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our studio.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping is $7 for one item. $2 is added for every additional item within the same order (i.e., $7 for one bottle, $9 for two, etc.). Orders over $65 ship free.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be adjusted within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us at vythestudio@gmail.com for assistance.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at vythestudio@gmail.com for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, we’re happy to either send a replacement or offer you a refund. Please email vythestudio@gmail.com with details regarding your order. Please note that photographs of the damaged items in question are required for us to process any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our hand wash bottles and pumps are fully recyclable.

Are VYTHE products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes. All Vythe products are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or dyes.

Where are VYTHE products made?

Each product is formulated and filled in the U.S. with global ingredient sourcing.
