Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase and shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

• $5.95 flat rate shipping (per order)

• Free shipping on orders over $60

Transit time vary by location but typically range between 3-7 business days. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather conditions.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vythestudio@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and photos of the item within the email. We’ll gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

All refund decisions are made at VYTHE’s discretion. We are unable to process refunds for items that have been opened, used, or purchased from third-party retailers. Items with no proof of purchase are non-refundable.
